On January 26, 2026, the city of Montpelier got close to 16 inches of snow. I woke up this Monday morning to at least 6 inches of snow already on the ground. The sidewalks were covered in snow, and only the roads had been cleared, or as clear as they could be with the steady, constant snowfall.
